(1) A class of raw material supplier evaluation.

Purchase of raw materials from the evaluation of qualified suppliers, not all is well. Qualified suppliers, only indicates that the supplier has a relatively stable quality of raw materials to provide the basic conditions, the actual arrival of raw materials, whether there is a shortage of raw materials, whether the quality of production requirements can be met, is not sure.
